By downloading, installing, or using PTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
PTracker is a mobile application that allows users to track the status of Portuguese nationality applications by checking the government portal (meu.registo.justica.gov.pt). The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Portuguese government or IRN (Instituto dos Registos e do Notariado).
PTracker retrieves publicly available application status information using the access code you provide. Each status check is initiated manually by you and requires completing a CAPTCHA verification on the government portal.
PTracker offers two service tiers:
Free Tier:
• Track 1 nationality application
• Check application status once every 7 days per application
• View community statistics including stage distribution, average processing times, office and type breakdowns, monthly trends, and recent changes
• Banner advertisements are displayed
Premium Tier (monthly, yearly, or lifetime options available):
• Track unlimited applications
• Check application status with a 5-minute cooldown between checks
• Access additional statistics including median processing times and estimated wait times per stage
• No advertisements
To ensure responsible use of the government portal and fair access for all users:
• Free-tier users may check each application's status once every 7 days.
• Premium users may check each application's status once every 5 minutes.
• These limits are enforced per access code, regardless of account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass rate limits is prohibited.
• If a status check fails due to a technical error, the cooldown is not applied, allowing you to retry.
Violation of these usage policies may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
PTracker provides status tracking only. It does not provide legal advice, immigration consulting, or any other professional services. Always consult qualified professionals for legal matters related to your nationality application.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date status information, PTracker cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed. The official government portal remains the authoritative source.
Community statistics are generated from voluntarily contributed data and may not be representative of all applications.
You are responsible for:
• Providing a valid access code for your own nationality application only
• Not using the service to track applications belonging to others without their consent
• Maintaining the security of your device
• Using the app in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempting to reverse engineer, circumvent rate limits, or misuse the service
• Not using automated tools to interact with the app or the government portal through the app
PTracker includes community statistics that help users understand processing trends. When you add an application, anonymous stage data is contributed to the community.
Contributed data is fully anonymized — it includes only the application stage, office, submission date, and application type. No access codes, names, or personally identifiable information are included in community statistics.
PTracker offers optional Premium subscriptions processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Current pricing is displayed in the app's subscription screen.
Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective platform (Apple or Google).
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. PTracker does not process or store payment information directly.
PTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to:
• Missed or delayed notifications
• Inaccurate or outdated status information
• Changes to the government portal that affect the service
• Service interruptions or downtime
PTracker depends on the availability and structure of the Portuguese government portal. Changes to that portal may temporarily or permanently affect our ability to retrieve status information.
You may stop using PTracker at any time by deleting the app or using the "Delete My Data" feature in Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including attempts to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
