Common Questions

How do I check my application status?

Tap "Add Application" on the dashboard, enter your 12-digit access code, and complete the CAPTCHA verification on the government portal. Your application status will be retrieved automatically.

Why is there a CAPTCHA?

The Portuguese government portal requires a CAPTCHA for every status check. This is a security measure on their end — there is no way around it. We have tried our best to make the process as smooth as possible.

How often can I check my status?

Free users can check once every 7 days per application. Premium users can check every 5 minutes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. PTracker does not process payments directly.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings > Delete My Data. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers, including your applications and account.

Is PTracker affiliated with the Portuguese government?

No. PTracker is an independent app developed by Nobleberg GmbH. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Portuguese government or IRN.
